Darrin Gardiner from Oatfield, Sixmilebridge, was the third person in three consecutive weeks from Clare to appear on the game show.

Darrin won €27,000 in cash and holiday prizes, two weeks earlier Breeda McMahon, from Doonbeg, won €55,000 and before that Aine Lamb, from Kilrush, bagged a cool €61,000.
For fans of Munster Rugby, Darrin is a familiar figure wearing his red coat in Thomond Park where he is a supervising steward on match days. In his day job, Darrin is a machine operator at the John Crane Ireland Limited factory in Shannon.
His family, Claire, Shauna, Lauren and Fionn were in Dublin for the show to cheer him on, as were his parents Mary and Paul and two sisters Joy and Laura.
In his spare time, Darrin enjoys fishing and shooting and is a member of Ballina and Killaloe fishing club. Fishing during the summer is his favourite way to relax and wind down.
With his Winning Streak winnings, Darrin is planning a family holiday and some home renovations. He also hopes to have the chance to see Munster play in a European Cup final this year.
